This lecture will focus<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">on dsRNA-based bioprotectants, which harness RNA interference (RNAi) and plant immune<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">pathways to target specific viral pathogens. Using a bacterial production platform and nanoparticle<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">formulation, high-quality dsRNA has been shown to reduce viral accumulation in model crops such<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">as tomato and cabbage, providing both local and systemic protection.
